You can save different mortgages and loans as well, so you can then compare them or refer to them later. There are a wide range of features and data. You can enter the standard loan information like loan start date, loan amount, interest rate, and the length or term. You can also entered advanced features if you want like changing the compound rate from monthly to weekly or the cycle time (how often payments are made). The best feature of this program, however, is probably the ability to edit a loan once it is entered. You can select edit payments and change the value of any payment over the course of the mortgage.
