Computer program "Range: the Estimates of land surveying" for the compilation of monetary estimates for the carrying out of cadastral works and issuance of survey plan annexed to the contract of surveying. The program is designed for state unitary enterprises administered by the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography, using the method of determining the value of works approved by order of Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation dated 18.01.2012 N 14. Cadastral engineers also can use this method for budgeting. The program is designed in accordance with the method of determining the amount of payment for the provision of services for conducting of cadastral works in order to issue a survey plan, approved by order of RF Ministry of economic development dated 18 January 2012, No. 14, designed in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from may, 6th, 2011 N352. The program was developed in accordance with the regulations: The order of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation from January, 18th, 2012 N 14 "On approval of methodology for determining charges and limit fees for the cadastral works of the Federal state unitary enterprises under the jurisdiction of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography, in order to issue a survey plan". The RF Government decree of may 6, 2011 N 352 (as amended by the Decree of the RF Government dated 17.05.2014 N 460) "On approval of the list of services which are necessary and obligatory for granting by Federal Executive authorities of the state services and provided by organizations participating in the provision of public services, and determining the amount of a fee for their provision".
