Split PST software is the best utility for splitting Outlook PST files into different parts. Some features of Split PST software are given below: • Split by Size: Using this option user can split PST file in their machine in two or four parts respectively. The original size of PST will be divided equally in all its fragments E.g.: if user wants to divide its 2 GB file into two parts then the two divided files will be of 1 GB size each. However, if they want to divide it in four parts then all four divided files will be of 256 MB each. • Split by Date: With this option user can divide the PST file based on date range. Here software asks for exact date range "from and to" user can fill the required dates in boxes and split the file. E.g. if user wants to split the PST file from date 1 January 2013 to 1 June 2013 then they have to fill the mention date in given box. • Split by Year: As the name suggest user can opt this option to split PST file from range of years. E.g. if user wants to split the file from year 2010 to 2011 then he has to enter the year detail in box and files will split accordingly . • Split by Folder: User can select this option to split the file based on folders like Inbox, Outbox, and Sent Item etc. If the folder achieves its limit after splitting the file then another division of same folder is created and data of that folder gets save in that division.
